1. Service Overview Good Auraa connects individuals seeking companionship services, allowing them to share emotions and build a meaningful connection. We are a platform that facilitates this interaction, but we do not engage in, nor are we responsible for, any personal or contractual arrangements between the individuals after the connection is made.

2. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Good Auraa: Our primary role is to facilitate the connection between individuals seeking companionship. After this connection, Good Auraa holds no further responsibility regarding the interactions or any other engagements between the Client and the other individual.
  • Client: The Client agrees to abide by the guidelines and expectations set during the initial interaction. The Client is responsible for all subsequent actions following the introduction made by Good Auraa.

4. Agreement and Contract Signing

  • Contractual Agreement: A formal contract will be signed by both the Client and the individual connected through Good Auraa, outlining the expectations, boundaries, and understanding of the companionship.
  • Liability: Good Auraa is not responsible for any breaches of contract or misunderstandings between the Client and the individual following the introduction. Once both parties have signed their contract, Good Auraa is no longer liable for any aspect of their engagement.

5. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refund: Clients may request a refund if Good Auraa fails to meet the agreed-upon requirements set before the connection was made.
  • Refund Process: Clients can request a refund within 45 days from the date of the connection. If Good Auraa does not fulfill the Client's requirements as described in the initial agreement, a 50% refund will be processed.
  • Refund Request: To request a refund, Clients must submit a formal request via email or through our official communication channels. The request will be reviewed, and a decision will be made based on the agreement terms.
  • Conditions for Refund: Refunds will only be processed if Good Auraa has been unable to fulfill the specific requirements outlined in the contract and no further engagement or fulfillment can be provided.

6. Dispute Resolution In case of any disputes arising between the Client and the individual connected through Good Auraa, both parties must first attempt to resolve the issue through direct communication. If the dispute cannot be resolved, Good Auraa may assist with mediation, but it is not responsible for any financial or legal obligations that arise out of the dispute.

7. Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep all personal and sensitive information confidential. Good Auraa will not share any personal details of the Client or connected individuals with third parties unless required by law or under the specific consent of the Client.

8. Termination Good Auraa reserves the right to terminate access to our services at any time, without notice, if there is a violation of these Terms and Conditions. Clients may also choose to terminate the service at any time, but will remain responsible for any commitments made prior to termination.

9. Limitation of Liability Good Auraa is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service or any connection made through our platform. The Client agrees that Good Auraa’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions Good Auraa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the service will signify acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Good Auraa operates. Any legal disputes will be resolved under the appropriate legal framework of this jurisdiction.
